Xcaret works to fulfill everyone´s needs through a series of special services that children and adults may require for a more enjoyable experience at the Park. Here are some of the basic services Xcaret Park offers upon arrival that may help plan your next visit to this eco-archaeological park.

Lockers. Xcaret Park has so much to see and do, that you will not want to be carrying around your belongings. Lockers can be rented for $2 USD at the main plaza (from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm) and at the beach from (9:00am to 6:00pm). This service is only included in Xcaret Plus Tickets.   

Towels.Visitors can choose to take their own towels or rent them at the Park for $3 USD. Towel services are provided at the Main Plaza (from 8:30 to 9:00 pm) and at the River store (from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm).  This service is only included in Xcaret Plus Tickets.    

Snorkeling Equipment. Xcaret Park is one of the top sites where to snorkel in the Riviera Maya, and visitors are allowed to bring along their own snorkel equipment or rent it for $10 USD, which includes mask, fins and snorkel tube.

Wheelchairs. Although Xcaret Park was not designed to be accessible for wheelchairs, there are many paths and roads in the park that can be visited with one. Wheelchair rental is $15 USD at the Park´s entrance from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm. This service is not included in your Xcaret Ticket.    

Baby Strollers.Visiting Xcaret Park with small children can be a more pleasant experience if you rent a stroller due to the long distances within the Park. Stroller rental is $9 USDfrom 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, and a deposit is required. This service is not included in your Xcaret Ticktet. 

Medical Services. In case of an accident, Xcaret Park has paramedical services available.
