Puerto Juarez-Chetumal Highway Km 282, Solidaridad, Q. Roo. Located 56 Km from Cancun International Airport and 6 Km south Playa del Carmen, in the Mayan Riviera.

Tour Tips

  • Xcaret Bus leaves from the Xcaret Terminal in Cancun (not included in tour).
  • Xcaret Bus leaves from the central located near the main dock in Playa del Carmen (not included in tour).
  • Private services, rental cars, taxis and buses are other means of transportation to Xcaret.
  • When arriving to the Park, take a few minutes at Xcaret Map to plan the day.
  • Additional activities must be reserved with anticipation or upon arrival where you will be able to choose your preferred schedule.
  • Wear light clothes, comfortable shoes and a hat.
  • Do not bring along food and drinks into the Park.
  • Bring environmental-friendly insect repellent, sun block, camera, change of clothes, bathing suit and extra money (for snorkel equipment rental, additional activities and services, shopping, food & drinks).
  • Wear your entrance bracelet at all times.

The distance to Xcaret from Cancun is approximately a 1-hour drive, 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen and 30 minutes from the archaeological site of Tulum. Xcaret Park offers additional activities such as Dolphin Swim Programs, Snuba, Sea Trek and Spa services.
