The Wine Cellar at Xcaret Park which its original name is “Vino de México” stocks nearly 3500 bottles in more than 160 Mexican labels which include famous wineries such as Casa Madero, Santo Tomas and Domecq. The Xcaret Wine Cellar was designed to share the history of Mexican wine, as well as encouraging visitors to try many different wines. Xcaret´s Wine Cellar is the only one in the world that stocks Mexican wines exclusively.

This one-million dollar Xcaret attraction consists of three different sections. The Sommelier’s office is where the most exclusive vintages are kept.  At the Round Room or Region’s Room you can admire an exhibition of museum pieces of winemaking, along with the history of wine in México and see all the wines, organized according to their history and geographical origin. The Tasting room holds up to 25 people, and it is where the Sommelier will explain the criteria for tasting the wine in more detail.

Xcaret Park´s Wine Cellar offers three guided tours a day, each with a duration of 1 hour and a half and features a remarkable journey through 5 different labels, with delicious Mexican hors d´ oeuvres during the tasting.
