Xcaret Cancun Eco Park opens its doors 365 days a year. It is located only 35 miles south from Cancun Mexico International Airport and 4 miles south from Playa del Carmen in the Riviera Maya.

To plan your tour to Cancun, you should consider that our busiest days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and our days with fewer visitors are Saturdays and Sundays.

Can I go in and out of the park?
Yes, as long as you have your own means of transportation and you keep wearing the bracelet you receive at the entrance. In case you bought the Xcaret tour from Cancun or Playa del Carmen, you will be subject to their own schedule.

What kind of sunblock can I wear?
Your sunblock must be 100% biodegradable.

Is there access for people with disabilities?
In Xcaret you can tour 60% of the park in a wheelchair. We have special wheelchairs for rent at $15 USD per day, from 8:30am to 9:00pm.

Are there any discounts for seniors?
Xcaret offers a 50% discount for seniors with a valid INAPAM or INSEN card issued by the Mexican government.

Quintana Roo residents Price
In Xcaret we have special prices for Quintana Roo residents, to use this service, go to he Park ticket office and present an identification that contains and official address of Quintana Roo state. It is important to remember that the credentials accepted are: IFE, driver’s license or force passport. This entrance is personal and not transferable and is valid only if you live in the state of Quintana Roo, and one not local companion will enjoy a 10% off discount in the admission fee.

Minors must present current year student card. Children between 1 meter and1.40 and only pay half entrance and less than 1 meter children have free entrance to the park.

Foreigners who are residents of Quintana Roo can use this service by submitting an FM-2 FM-3 card (which contains an area home address).
